Ever fancied windsurfing or sailing?

Come along to have an introduction to the equipment, the theory and water practise to see if you would want to progress further in the Olympic sport of windsurfing or dinghy sailing for an unbeatable price of just £10pp ~ instead of £30! These sessions will give you the first taste of the sports with qualified experienced RYA instructors. 

The sessions will run from our Eastbourne seafront location, we will teach you on the sea if conditions allow, or Prince's Park Lake if the sea is rough.  Please ensure you bring some shoes to get wet, a swimming costume and a towel, we will provide wetsuits and safety equipment.
