Sherri is a self-taught baker who lives on the South coast of England in Eastbourne, Sherri started her career in catering and hospitality, working in various kitchens and restaurants, and she left the profession to raise her Son. In 2020 her passion for creating good homemade food called her back, and she started her own business called Derri Difles. Sherri specializes in vegetarian and vegan food. You will find her doing regular pop up bakeries/markets in and around East Sussex. Sherri has an established customer base and supplies to local cafes and art galleries.
