1.Minutes of the last meeting matters arising
1 Observations made about plastic free Christmas and reducing packaging
2 Christmas Dinner postponed. As deposits had been paid it was agreed that a Spring Water Festival would be good idea as this year`s replacement. Crown and Anchor to be contacted to arrange date.

2. Speaker of the month

Joe spoke about environmentally friendly cleaning products, refills, support for repackaging schemes, plastic waste, bins.

Next month's February Monthly Challenge:
“Clear-out! Get rid of cleaning product plastic bottles.”
Recycle your P.P.E. and Lateral Flow Tests.
Unit to deposit waste at warehouse in Firle Road. Purevo/Reworks. Contact Joe Rose

5. Lobbying campaign “Biomass Plastics”

To be S.M.A.R.T. process needs to be ~ Specific. Measurable. Achievable. Realistic. Time related
E.G we need to document: number of refill stations, Plastic Free Champions, Members of P.F.E. (incl.organisations)

7. Refills Progress
PFE (Oliver Sterno) to be advised when the refill station from “Our Only World” (Cornish Refill Stations) becomes available. ETA February ACTION Tina Robinson
Aviva Community Crowd funder; £4060 final total, incl. £1500 from ESCC “Building Stronger Communities”
Refill station in the Welcome Centre to be benefactor funded.
